Great local protein

Was pleasantly surprised by this product as I tend to go for the known brands that are of a higher quality, and I tend to pay more being a fitness fundi. We also incorporate whey protein into our diets (my husband and I ). Decided to try this one and the taste is good and it mixes well in oats or smoothies and pretty much anything. Definitely a good local product and would recommend it. Good value for the price.

Great for muscle recovery

This product is great for muscle recovery after exercise. Training has been hard on my body and while taking this, I dont have to deal with a sore body afterwards. I have also noticed a different with my digestion, I have a lot less bloating and regular bowel movements.
