RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, kindly contact Lekka SA within 31 days of receiving your parcel.
If the returned product is not defective, faulty, or inconsumable, conditions for refund/replacement:
– Products must be sealed, with induction seal and/or lid sleeve in place
– Products must be in a condition to be resold
– Product must not be opened
If there is a problem with the product: taste, quality or other:
– Report to Lekka SA as soon as possible
– Specify batch number, product name and flavour
– Product will be collected by a courier and returned to Lekka SA for inspection and/or investigation
– A refund or replacement will only be issued if the product is indeed found to be faulty or inconsumable
– Refund or replacement remains at sole discretion of Lekka SA
WARRANTY
Lekka SA makes no representations whatsoever and gives no guarantees against latent or patent defects in respect of the Products, and all conditions and warranties whatsoever, whether implied or otherwise, are hereby expressly excluded.
We shall not incur any liability of whatever nature arising in contract or delict from any injury, loss or damage to any person or property arising from the use of the Products.
The Products supplied by Lekka SA Pty Ltd shall be suitable only for the purpose designed and intended and the Customer shall ensure the Products are handled, stored, used, or otherwise dealt with in a normal and proper manner, and where applicable, in a manner consistent with the instructions given by us.
No action or claim of whatever nature shall lie against Lekka SA Pty Ltd arising out of or in connection with any defects in, or unsuitability of, any Products.
